Refund policy

RETURNS (Must meet all criteria)

  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCT BY DESIGNING ON WINE. If there is an issue with your order, email us within 3 days of receipt of your delivery. A store credit through email will be issued if deemed necessary. Email designingonwine@gmail.com, Please include your name, order number, contact information, and pictures of the defected item.

FINAL SALE (Not eligible for return)

  • Review your order before checking out, changes are not allowed once you have completed your checkout.
  • NO CANCELLATION on any orders placed on our website.
  • Designing on Wine is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 
  • Designing on Wine is not responsible for transfers transferred incorrectly, or for any damages that occur to your prints or your t-shirts, garments or other material once you apply them to your product, please see t-shirt instructions before you press. 
  • A gift card may be issued for any product we were unable to fulfill, there will be an explanation on the gift card notes, and your packing slip.
  • If there is a defect to your item or an issue with your order due to a mistake by Designing on Wine, please see Returns above.
